We are now holding both morning and evening services at Akeman Street, and there is no need to book. A socially-distanced area is available for any that wish to use it. We are continuing to livestream our services (please contact us for access) and recordings will be available via the website.
The majority of our midweek groups are now meeting face-to-face. Please see our calendar or email our church administrator for information on our groups.
We know this continues to be a worrying time for many. As Christians, we believe there is genuine hope and peace to be found in Jesus Christ at this challenging time. If you would like to talk, or explore more about the Christian hope, or if you’d like us to pray for you, please contact our church administrator. She will be able to put you in touch with the person in the church best able to meet your needs.
We are a family church with people of all ages joining us in our main meetings on Sundays to praise God, listen to the Bible being taught, pray and share fellowship together. We are a Bible-centred church so that God’s voice is heard as the Bible is opened, explained and studied.
Our church vision is: “Aiming to glorify God by calling and equipping people to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.”
We are a Grace Baptist Church, linked to the Association of Grace Baptist Churches (South East), Grace Baptist Mission and Affinity.
We seek to proclaim Jesus to our community and believe that personal conversion is demonstrated by believer’s baptism.
